Scott has been great in every interaction I've had with him. I had a large scratch across several sections of my car. The quote from Therrell's beat the dealer by a decent margin and I felt comfortable choosing them due to my positive experiences talking with Scott. They did excellent work on the repair and the car looks good as new. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure they cleaned the floor mats too - I don't remember them looking that clean when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Therrell's if you find yourself needing their services.

In highly recommend Therrell’s Body Shop. I damaged my side mirror and the dealership was going to charge me $1,800 to repair it. I came here and Randy was super helpful. He found a used side mirror for me under $600. I truly respect businesses that are out to help people rather than take advantage of them. They are very thorough, honest and did a great job. Thank you Randy!!

I called on Monday and spoke with Scott inquiring repairs for my truck. This morning when I showed up, he knew exactly who I was and what I was looking for. Scott is very professional, reasonable and really made the entire process comfortable. He really is a good guy representing this company. He is honest and compassionate. Scott is awesome! Everyone here is so nice. Truly good people. Scott fixed/replaced my door a couple of years ago. Very efficient, kept me updated along the way. Amazing customer service. I got backed into and I knew who I would be going to for repairs. These good people are still providing amazing customer service. They keep it honest with you, they don’t try to “beat you over the head” for extra money. They genuinely like to help. Trustworthy folks. And usually I’m intimidated going to auto body shops or anything dealing with cars — as long as Therrell’s are open, I’ve got an auto body shop to go to. If you’re looking for someone — this is your place! Thanks yall!!

Scott and his employees are quite skilled. We weren't sure how well the dent repair would go due to the difficult location and body lines, but Scott thought his guy could get it. The results were better than expected, almost like it never happened! The cost was lower than expected too. Kind, skilled, and easy to work with - everything you want in a body shop!
